O-Lin Security Solutions directly imports from overseas as well as purchasing locally.

Our landed pricing (Costs) from overseas products is very dependent on the AUD-USD exchange rate and shipping costs at the time.

While we try to do our best to keep the pricing as stable as we can if you are ordering stock that is either showing a 0 (zero) quantity in store or you are ordering more than there is in current stock and those products have to be ordered from overseas, the pricing for the new items can be subject to change from the current listed price.

Please take note of this when placing an order especially for GeoVision products as these are all ordered from overseas. 

We understand that you might need to return something to us for a number of reasons.  Please contact us before sending anything back.

Items must be returned to us via tracked postage or courier.  Without a verifiable tracking number, you accept full risk of the item not reaching us.  Returns not received by us will not qualify for replacement or refund.

  1. The item arrived damaged or missing parts
    • All orders leave our warehouse in brand new undamaged condition.  If your item arrives damaged or missing parts, we will gladly replace it for you (or if stocks are exhausted, refund you in full) and reimburse you for any return shipping costs you incur to return the item to us.  Please email us a copy of the receipt for any shipping costs you incur.
    • All claims for damaged items must be made within 2 business days of receiving your order.  It is important that you open your order as soon as you get it, and notify us immediately if there is any damage.
    • Please take photographs of any damage and email them to us before sending the item back, as we need to report damage to our insurer, delivery courier and warehouse.
  2. The item is faulty
    • Your purchase automatically comes with protections under Australian Consumer Law that cannot be excluded. All of our products are fully backed by manufacturer warranty.
    • Should your product be faulty, please contact us so we can guide you through the correct process for having the fault rectified under the manufacturer warranty.  Depending on the manufacturer’s warranty terms and requirements, we will either repair or replace it for you (or if stocks are exhausted, refund you) excluding original delivery costs.

To receive your order as quickly as possible please make sure you provide us with a valid delivery address and contact phone number so we can contact you if there are any issues with your consignment.

Once payment has been confirmed the order(s) are shipped out within 1-2 business days with Australia Post or one of our preferred couriers.

Estimated Delivery time:

  • 1-7 business days Australia wide for capital cities and suburbs, and most regional areas
  • 7-14 business days for regional WA, QLD and NT
  • Freight charges depend on the cubic weight of the parcel and destination.
  • We pack every order carefully to ensure it reaches you in good condition.
  • All consignments are tracked.  The tracking number will be emailed when it is available.
  • All disputes regarding dispatched invoice should be raised within 5 (five) working days from the original invoice date.
